Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing identity and access management solutions using OIM. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant experience and be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) solutions.

• Design and implement user provisioning, de-provisioning, and reconciliation workflows.

• Develop and integrate OIM connectors for external applications such as Active Directory, SAP, and databases.

• Customize and configure event handlers, adapters, and SOA-based approval workflows.

• Implement role-based access control (RBAC), policies, and automation for identity management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve OIM development and integration-related issues.

• Collaborate with security teams, application owners, and IT teams to implement identity governance best practices.

• Optimize OIM performance, scalability, and security.

• Develop technical documentation, best practices, and guidelines for OIM implementations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 8+ years of overall experience and 3+ Years in OIM development and implementation.

• Strong expertise in Java, SQL, WebLogic, and OIM APIs.

• Experience in developing and customizing connectors, event handlers, and adapters.

• Knowledge of OIM workflow development using SOA/BPEL.

• Familiarity with LDAP directories, Active Directory, and other IAM components.

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integration.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
