Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of atsMantra and its associated platforms, tools, websites, applications, and services offered and operated by RARR Technologies Pvt Ltd (“RTPL”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using atsMantra, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Platform Overview

RARR Technologies Private Limited offers atsMantra as an online hiring and recruitment platform.
atsMantra is a technology platform designed to facilitate interactions between job seekers, recruiters, recruitment agencies, and employers.

Job seekers will receive all platform-related communications regarding job opportunities and candidature through atsMantra.

atsMantra enables job seekers, upon completion of the registration process, to search for employment opportunities and apply for jobs published on the platform.

atsMantra also functions as a job board where recruiters, recruitment agencies, and employers independently publish job openings. Job seekers may apply to such jobs at their own discretion.

2. Job Seeker Responsibilities

The responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and validity of the information provided on the atsMantra platform lies solely with the job seeker.

Upon uploading their profile on atsMantra, the job seeker consents to receiving job alerts and other forms of communication from atsMantra or its partner organizations.

atsMantra reserves the right to verify the information provided by the job seeker and may request additional information or documentation as necessary to ensure accuracy and completeness.

atsMantra does not provide any guarantee of job placement, interview calls, or employment outcomes.

By creating a profile on atsMantra, the job seeker acknowledges and agrees that their profile information may be visible to potential employers, recruiters, recruitment agencies, or other authorized third parties who have access to atsMantra.

atsMantra does not regulate, influence, promote, object to, or interfere with how any employer, recruiter, or recruitment agency processes job applications. Any response, feedback, shortlisting, rejection, or hiring decision is solely the prerogative of the respective employer, recruiter, or agency.

3. Use of the Platform

By using atsMantra, the job seeker accepts and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Any violation may result in actions including, but not limited to, removal of the profile or suspension of the account.

The job seeker agrees to use atsMantra in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to privacy and data protection.

The job seeker agrees not to use atsMantra for any illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or unethical activities.

4. Recruiters, Employers, and Recruitment Agencies

Recruiters, employers, and recruitment agencies are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of job postings published by them on atsMantra.

atsMantra acts only as a technology platform and does not validate, endorse, or regulate job postings or recruitment practices.

All applications submitted by job seekers are transmitted directly to the concerned recruiter, employer, or recruitment agency. atsMantra does not assume responsibility for application processing, feedback, or hiring outcomes.

5. Zuniq, ZuniqDesk, and Recruiter Tools

atsMantra provides recruiter-facing tools including ApplicantProFetch (Chrome Extension), Zuniq (Chrome Extension), and ZuniqDesk (Desktop Application).

These tools operate strictly on explicit user action. They do not automatically collect data, do not run background processes, and do not extract information without the user’s direct interaction.

ZuniqDesk functions as a desktop interface to review and process candidate data received through user-initiated actions and does not independently browse, scrape, or collect data from third-party websites.

Use of these tools is entirely at the discretion and responsibility of the user. Users are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party websites they access.

RARR Technologies Pvt Ltd and atsMantra are not responsible for any restrictions, penalties, or actions imposed by third-party platforms arising from the use of such tools.

6. No Guarantee or Obligation

atsMantra does not guarantee job placement, interview calls, recruiter responses, or hiring outcomes.

atsMantra does not promote, suppress, object to, or influence any candidate’s application or recruitment decision.

7. Modification of Terms

atsMantra reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the atsMantra website.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana, India.
