Research and improvement.
ApplicantProFetch processes data in real-time and transfers it securely to your atsMantra account.
Each client has an isolated data environment.
No storage occurs on the extension or unrelated servers.
Consent, contractual necessity, legal obligations, and legitimate interests.
With recruiters in your org, service providers under NDA, legal authorities, or during business transfers.
Never with third parties for advertising/sale.
ApplicantProFetch works only when you click its icon.
You can manage or delete data in your atsMantra account.
Encryption, access controls, audits, and segregated client environments.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction/objection, portability, and consent withdrawal.
Not intended for users under 18.
RTPL is not responsible for restrictions/penalties imposed by third-party websites due to automated data capture. Users are responsible for compliance with external site terms.
We keep PI only as long as needed or legally required, then delete/ anonymize.
We may revise this Policy; changes will be posted on atsMantra or our website.
