This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information through our platforms, websites, applications, and tools, including the atsMantra Applicant Tracking System and associated services such as ApplicantProFetch (Chrome Extension), Zuniq (Chrome Extension), and ZuniqDesk (Desktop Application).

1. Information We Collect

We collect information through different sources depending on how you interact with atsMantra and ApplicantProFetch.

• Information you provide: account details, candidate data, resumes, forms, and communications.

• Information collected automatically: IP, browser/device, usage logs, and cookies (see Cookie Policy).

• Information collected via ApplicantProFetch: candidate details you explicitly extract; no automatic collection; no storage on extension/third-party servers.

• Information collected via Zuniq (Chrome Extension): candidate-related information that you explicitly choose to extract from a webpage by manually activating the extension and triggering its action. Zuniq does not collect any information automatically, does not run in the background, and does not initiate any data extraction or processing without your explicit interaction.

• Information processed via ZuniqDesk (Desktop Application): candidate information that is received only after you explicitly approve or submit data from Zuniq. ZuniqDesk does not independently browse, monitor, scrape, or collect data from any website and functions only as a user-initiated interface for reviewing, editing, and submitting information to atsMantra.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Delivering atsMantra services.

• Creating applicants/cases when you use ApplicantProFetch.

• Creating applicants or associating candidates with jobs when you use Zuniq in combination with ZuniqDesk, based solely on your explicit actions.

• Security, compliance, and fraud prevention.

• Communications (alerts, updates, marketing with consent).

• Research and improvement.

3. Data Storage & Processing

• ApplicantProFetch processes data in real-time and transfers it securely to your atsMantra account.

• Zuniq processes data only at the time of user-triggered actions and transfers it securely to ZuniqDesk or directly to your atsMantra account, as applicable.

• ZuniqDesk processes data locally for user review and submits it to atsMantra only upon explicit user confirmation.

• Each client has an isolated data environment.

• No storage occurs on the extension or unrelated servers.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Consent, contractual necessity, legal obligations, and legitimate interests.

5. Sharing of Information

• With recruiters in your org, service providers under NDA, legal authorities, or during business transfers.
• Never with third parties for advertising/sale.

  • When candidates apply for jobs through atsMantra.com, their personal information is transmitted only to the specific employer, recruiter, or recruitment agency associated with the job posting. atsMantra does not make candidate profiles discoverable, searchable, or accessible to other recruiters or third parties. All decisions regarding the review, processing, communication, selection, rejection, or further use of a candidate’s application are solely at the discretion of the concerned employer, recruiter, or recruitment agency. atsMantra does not influence, object to, or promote any candidate’s application, nor does it guarantee responses, feedback, or outcomes for job seekers.

6. User Control

• ApplicantProFetch works only when you click its icon.
• Zuniq works only when you manually activate the extension and initiate an action.
• ZuniqDesk processes candidate information only after you explicitly choose to submit or confirm the data.
• You can manage or delete data in your atsMantra account.

7. Security

Encryption, access controls, audits, and segregated client environments.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction/objection, portability, and consent withdrawal.

9. Children’s Privacy

Not intended for users under 18.

10. Disclaimer (ApplicantProFetch, Zuniq, and ZuniqDesk)

RTPL is not responsible for restrictions or penalties imposed by third-party websites due to automated or assisted data capture. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of external websites they access or interact with.

11. Retention of Data

We keep PI only as long as needed or legally required, then delete/ anonymize.

12. Updates

We may revise this Policy; changes will be posted on atsMantra or our website.
