Animator Job Description (JDS)

Location : Remote

Experience & Skills:

1. Candidate with 5-8 years of experience who can work independently.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and After Effects.
3. Strong visualization skills with the ability to interpret scripts and transform them into a compelling storytelling format.
4. Ability to visualize content based on the storyboard.
5. A good understanding of design principles and aesthetics.
6. Ability to comprehend branding guidelines and establish design standards accordingly.
7. Self-driven and capable of working independently.
8. Experience in creating illustrations will be an added advantage.
9. Competency in simple to medium-level animations (detailed character animation is not required).
10. Exposure to AI tools will be a plus.

Communication:

1. Strong communication skills, particularly in English.
2. Ability to articulate ideas clearly, gather feedback, understand it, and implement changes to designs.
3. Immediate joiner preferred.
