Position Title: Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs and aligning recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service and timely results.
- Regularly update clients on the status of open positions, candidate pipeline, and recruitment progress.
- Use advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to attract both passive and active candidates.
- Utilize creative sourcing methods to tap into niche candidate pools, building a diverse talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Engage with candidates through personalized outreach and follow-up to ensure a positive experience and commitment to the role.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement.
- Provide detailed candidate profiles and assist with interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both the client and candidates.
- Ensure timely delivery of candidates and prioritize urgent roles effectively.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all interactions and placements are documented properly.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and client management.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with passive and active sourcing techniques.
- Expertise in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including managing candidate pipelines and reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and candidate engagement strategies
