• Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
• Provide day-to-day technical support for Oracle ERP applications (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud ERP, etc.).
• Investigate and resolve system issues raised by end-users, including functional and technical inquiries related to modules like Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
• Resolve system errors, data issues, and performance bottlenecks.

System Configuration & Customization:

• Configure and customize Oracle ERP applications based on business requirements and user needs.
• Perform system modifications, including setups, extensions, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain custom reports using Oracle tools such as BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, and SQL queries.

Patch Management & Upgrades:

• Assist in applying patches, bug fixes, and new releases for Oracle ERP systems.
• Test and validate patches/upgrades before deployment to production systems.
• Provide support during system upgrade cycles and assist in version migrations.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

• Monitor the performance of the Oracle ERP environment and suggest optimization solutions.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, including system lag, data inconsistency, or report generation delays.

Data Integration & Interface Development:

• Work on data integration between Oracle ERP and third-party applications, including data imports/exports using APIs, file-based data loaders, and custom interfaces.
• Develop and support SQL/PLSQL scripts for custom data loads or data extractions.
• Collaboration & Documentation:
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide user training on system features and functionalities.
• Document support processes, technical configurations, and solutions to common issues.
• Maintain knowledge base for frequently encountered issues and troubleshooting steps.

Incident Management & SLA Compliance:

• Ensure incidents are tracked and resolved in compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on issue status and resolution timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle ERP technical support or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, etc.).
• Proficient in Oracle technologies such as PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Reports.
• Experience with Oracle integration tools (e.g., Web Services, Oracle Data Integrator).
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP architecture and system administration tasks.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and implement appropriate solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes within Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Procurement modules.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP (if applicable) and related cloud technologies.
• Experience in patching, upgrading, and maintaining Oracle environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle ERP certifications (e.g., Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion).
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.x or Oracle Cloud applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
