Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Australia (Melbourne/Sydney). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling to Energy and mining clients as well as extensive experience in procurement and data management. You will be responsible for driving sales of our SAAS products and services, building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners, and leading discussions with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned region.
Identify and engage with potential clients in Energy and Mining.
Leverage your existing relationships with customers and partners to drive business growth.
Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their needs and propose our AI-powered data solutions.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry processes, procurement, and data management to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of SAAS products and services to customers.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, track sales activities, and provide regular updates on progress.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and expand our network.

 

Qualifications:

A candidate with 15-20 years of experience in sales within the Australia Market.
Proven track record of selling to sectors in Energy and Mining..
Extensive experience in procurement and data management, both with customers and within the ecosystem.
Strong experience in selling SAAS products and services.
Established relationships with customers and partners in the relevant industries.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and negotiations.
Strong understanding of industry processes and the ability to articulate complex solutions to clients.
Preferably have experience with OEMs or Big-Four services organizations.
