- 10+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Cloud Operations.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role. Expertise in at least two major cloud platform: AWS , Azure , or GCP .
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Proficient in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes .
- Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
- Scripting knowledge in languages like Python , Bash , or Go .
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
- Experience in implementing security best practices across DevOps pipelines.
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and lead technical teams.
