Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Executive with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting, GST returns, inventory management, and purchase functions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) and be proficient in managing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Financial Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including handling day-to-day accounting functions such as invoicing, payments, and reconciliation of bank statements.
• GST Filing & Compliance: Prepare and submit GST returns on time, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
• Inventory Management: Oversee and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking of stock and timely reorder of products to prevent shortages.
• Purchase Management: Manage the procurement process, including creating purchase orders, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely receipt of materials.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process supplier payments and manage receivables, ensuring timely collections.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
• Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting, GST returns, inventory management, and purchase functions.

Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, Zoho, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of GST regulations and filing procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Zoho.
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and taxation laws.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems.
