- Purpose of the position To Lead the Design and simulation activity for Weld Cells Position Context A new vertical for WeldCell manufacturing is being developed at SKH.
- This vertical will cater to the requirements of Weldcells and automation for various plants under SKH umbrella and third-party customers.
- Position content Key areas of accountability/responsibility
- Weld Cell Design function comprising of engineers performing Fixture Design, Weld cell Design and Application Engineering, Robotic simulation and offline/online programming work.
- Sound Knowledge of Either - Solid Works/ Delmia/ Process Simulate
- Optimise design parameters to meet customer requirements of quality, cost & delivery
- Report on progress of defined weekly/monthly and yearly targets Complexity of the position
- Knowledge and educational level Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/ Engineering
- Required level of experiences – 9-12 years experience in Design of Weld Cell concept, Welding & Assembly Fixture Design, Application engineering, Robotic simulation, Robotic programming and SPM design.
- Exposure to Weld Cell DAP process, Coordination with Client.
