Syrup Room Supervisor(Raz Job/ 23)

We are seeking an experienced Syrup Room Manager with a strong background in the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will have experience in juice and Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) production, preferably from companies like Coke, Pepsico, or Tetra.

Responsibilities:

•         Oversee the syrup room operations, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency

•         Implement and maintain safety protocols in the syrup room

•         Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to ensure product supply and introduce new products

•         Conduct audits, create audit finding reports, and determine proper corrective and preventive actions

Qualifications:

•         University degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution

•         Proven experience in the FMCG sector, specifically with juice and CSD

•         Experience in companies like Coke, Pepsico, or Tetra is highly desirable

•         Strong leadership and team management skills

•         Excellent communication and presentation skills
