- Manage daily operations of multiple pharmacy retail outlets across assigned region.
- Drive top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability by ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Supervise store staff, pharmacists, and retail executives to ensure high levels of productivity and service.
- Ensure compliance with Drug & Cosmetics Act, pharmacy licenses, and medical regulatory standards.
- Implement SOPs, checklists, and audit protocols for efficient and standardized store operations.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure optimum inventory levels, avoid stockouts and expiries.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics at the store level.
- Lead training and development programs for store staff, focusing on product knowledge, systems (POS), and service standards.
- Liaise with marketing for in-store campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare and review retail MIS reports – sales performance, shrinkage, stock health, and operational KPIs.
- Handle new store launches, renovations, relocations, and retail expansion plans.
- Oversee cost control measures at the store level, including manpower, utilities, and wastage.
✅ Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of pharmacy compliance, retail business dynamics, and customer service best practices
- Experience managing multi-store operations
- Proficient in MS Excel, POS systems, and retail ERP platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel across assigned regions
