Performing Critical Path Analysis of multi-discipline EPC schedules down to deliverable / activity level (L5) on Prima Vera P6.
Supporting the project management team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects to ensure delivery of project activities are to time and allotted budget.
Managing the Prima Vera P6 updating process on Monthly / Bi-Weekly basis to ensure that all plans are current and reflect project progress.
Managing project team meetings on Monthly / Bi-Weekly basis and taking minutes for circulation to all.
Performing delays analysis as the projects proceed and supervising problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities and recommend alternatives for schedule improvement to project teams.
Working with all project disciplines to supervise and ensure understanding of total project schedule needs and integration of schedule activities.
Interfacing with project site management and client counterparts for specific planning and scheduling meetings (as and when required).
Reporting of Variance and deviation to Management ASAP via email, including PA.
Section - Cost
Maintaining cost records in support of the various projects.
Preparation and submission of monthly accruals (Billed / Unbilled revenues) to Financial Timetable in coordination with Project Managers
Engaging with site teams for validation / defence of Budget Expenses and report to the management in written via email ASAP.
Preparation of Budget Vs Expense data for management presentation.
Cost controlling support for all projects which includes monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of client billing processes.
Accountability for the data provided and variance not reported.
