Formulation and QC Officer(Raz Job/ 42)

Key Area Of Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of different formulations of different types of fertilizers
• Knowledge of different soils, crops and their behaviours
• Knowledge to interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
• Knowledge of sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
• Knowledge to plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to
• ensure finished product quality.
• Knowledge of management system QMS, HACCP, EMS & OHSAS.
• Responsible for document management systems.
• Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external agency, evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• SOP preparation, amendment, document change control, document issuance to functional department.
• Daily monitoring of manufacturing process on shop floor, RM / FG Warehouse to ensure QA
• compliance.
• Knowledge of in process round non-conformance report preparation on daily basis.
• Review of Batch Manufacturing Record / Equipment Cleaning Record, SOP etc.
• Issuance and retrieval of controlled documents from various departments as per requirement to concern.
• Monitoring the Dispatch activity of finish good as per the SOP checklist as well as compile the requirement of customer by Purchase order.
• Control and Issuance of various documents’ like BPCR, Analytical work sheet, SOP formats, Equipment/Instrument Logbook’s, Raw material / Finish product specification etc., to the respective department.
