Role: Desktop Support Engineer (off role)
Work Location: ITC LTD-SBU -Packaging & Printing -Chennai
Duration: Monday to Saturday
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 Years
Gender: Male

Job Description

• Installation and Maintenance of windows operating system related to Desktop/Laptop Infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting windows operating system issues.
• Installation and configuration of approved software’s.
• Identify, log and resolve technical problems on approved software applications.
• Installation and Maintenance of printers, scanners etc.
• Troubleshooting LAN network related issues.
• Troubleshooting for failed antivirus.
• connection/windows patch failure related to Desktop/Laptop.
• Proactive monitoring measures to keep system up and running in line with standards.
• Ensure work to be carried out with agreed service levels and department guidelines.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Proven work experience as Desktop Support Engineer
• Working Knowledge on Windows Operating System Windows 10.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
