Responsible for setting up new branch, customer / developer relationship management,

achievement of business targets and overall branch profitability. Training and Development and up

keep of the branch

KEY ACTIVITIES:

Routine:

1. Monitoring the daily visits by team and ensuring updating the same in the app. Meeting

overall KPI(Targets)

2. Training, coaching and monitoring team performance.

3. Ensuring conversion of leads generated and disbursement of file in line with the credit

policy.

4. overall policy and process implementation and monitoring

5. Maintain relationships with the existing customer and develop network

Critical:

1. Ensuring monthly, yearly targets are met by the branch

2. Branch Administration

3. Organizing business promotion campaign and participate in Marketing activities
