CNC Turner(Raz Job/ 72)

• Hands-on experience in CNC Turner and manual lathe operations.
• Set up and operate conventional lathe machines for manual turning operations.
• Measure and inspect components using tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, etc.
• Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify and correct machining errors or quality defects.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and safe condition.
• Ensure all machining activities follow safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Maintain production documentation and job records.

Minimum Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in CNC lathe and manual lathe operations.
• Ability to work independently and interpret complex drawings.
• Good understanding of cutting speeds, feeds, and tool geometry.
• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
