Executive Support Lead - We are looking for a proven, skilled, End User Support Engineer who possesses strong Technical and interpersonal skills to help us deliver on shared goals. Individual will focus on providing all aspects of technical support including desktop, mobile, good understanding overall Microsoft 365 suite technologies and VIP customer requirements , their executive assistants, and our Senior Leadership team. Individual should be able to work efficiently with teammates to deliver on their goals leveraging modern tools, technologies, and processes through simplification and automation while always providing superior service to our senior executives.

Strong knowledge on Software/Application troubleshooting (Zscaler, MFA, MS Office, MS Teams, Network, Internet/Intranet, RDC, Cloud PC/Citrix, SAP )
Strong knowledge on Mobile device management and Device enrollment program.
Strong knowledge on JAMF.
Strong knowledge on SCCM and Intune enrolment.
Identify, log, and resolve technical problems with network issues.
Strong knowledge in Active Directory and SSO issues.
Provide support for conference rooms and all-hands meetings or Events.
Provide high quality, responsive technical expertise to all supported executives and their assistants.
Resolve any escalations and ensure that executives are kept informed of the problem resolution status at all times.
Build rapport with our customer base by eliciting any areas of concern they may have and implementing resolutions where appropriate.
Share knowledge and provide mentoring to team members. Lead by example and strive to raise the skill level bar for the entire team.
Safeguard the technology environment by being proactive, preventing known problems, guarding against unknown threats, and responding to them with urgency.
Assist with creation of operational readiness documentation.
Ensure adherence to audit controls in a highly regulated environment with an eye towards risk excellence.
Stay current with technology trends and participate in guiding the future direction of new solutions.
Be equally comfortable presenting technical concepts to executives and troubleshooting technical issues alongside senior level engineers.
Execute strategic initiatives with minimal guidance or oversight
