We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend and frontend development, cloud-native deployments, and business rule engines. This role demands deep technical proficiency, leadership qualities, and hands-on development experience in building scalable and secure enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java Spring Boot and microservices
Lead the development team in building full-stack solutions using modern frontend frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js
Implement and manage business rules using JBPM, Drools, or other rule engines
Architect and deploy applications using AWS services (Lambda, S3, SQS, API Gateway, etc.)
Handle containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
Prepare and manage YAML configurations and cloud-native deployment models
Work with relational and NoSQL databases: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, MongoDB
Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, architecture discussions, and performance tuning
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure best development practices

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 10 years of software development experience
At least 3–4 years in a lead or technical decision-making role
Strong command over Java, Spring Boot, and REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with frontend frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js
In-depth experience with JBPM, Drools, or other business rule engines
Solid experience with AWS services: Lambda, S3, SQS, API Gateway, IAM, EC2, CloudFront
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployments
Strong knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
Experience working in Agile environments
