Job Description

- Overall 7 plus years of application development out of which 2-3 years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience required.

- Strong in ServiceNow development using most of the ServiceNow tools and features such as Now Experience Business Rule, Script Include, Client Scripts, UI Policies, AJAX, Glide Scripting, Java Scripting, Jelly Scripting, Service Portal, Angular JS, Widgets, Workflow, Catalog Development, UI Page, UI Scripts, UI Action, Inbound Action, Notifications, REST and ; SOAP APIs, Flows, Integration Hub

- Minimum 2 o 3 Cloud Infrastructure Integration experience required is must ( DELL/VMWare /Azure /GCP/AWS)

- - ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Certification is must

- At least one complete ITSM implementation experience required ( from requirement to process to design to delivery) - Must

- - Experience on ITOM/ITAM/ITSM ( At least one implementation exp is must)

- - ITIL Foundation 4.0 certification (Preferred)

- - ServiceNow Administration certification (Must ,till Tokyo Release)

- ServiceNow Developer certification (Preferred)

- - Service Portal Development (Widgets, Angular JS, Server Scripting, Client Scripting, HTML, DHTML, CSS, Pages, Portal Configuration)

- - Integration of ServiceNow with external tools using Web Services and ; REST APIs

- - Various module implementation experience (ITSM, ITOM)

- - Ability to learn new technology and adopt changing business requirements

- - Discovery Fundamentals ( at least training completed )

- Fundamental Knowledge on HAM /SAM

- - Strong customer handling and communication skills (must), ability to collect requirements, translate requirements into Technical design (detailed design) , development of requirement in ServiceNow, fix any defects, support UAT

- - Experience in handling Agile based delivery model (Must)

- Good knowledge on the ServiceNow basic applications like Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management and Service Catalog
