We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD Business Analyst / Support Consultant with over 5 years of professional experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module, specifically in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong functional understanding of SAP SD backed by hands-on implementation and support project experience. The role will primarily involve working on AMS (Application Management Services) projects with availability for on-call support during weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional support and enhancements for SAP SD module in AMS environment.
Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including sales order processing, delivery, billing, and invoicing.
Handle complex business requirements related to sales documents and pricing.
Configure and support SD components, including:
Sales Documents: Sales Document Header/Item, Schedule Lines, Contracts, and Scheduling Agreements.
Pricing Configuration: Condition Tables, Condition Types, Access Sequences, Pricing Procedures, and Condition Records.
Manage Order Management lifecycle, including:
Sales documents creation: Inquiry, Quotation, Sales Order (Standard, Rush, Cash Sales, Service Orders, Returns)
Delivery processing (Outbound & Inbound)
Billing and Invoice generation
Credit Memo and Debit Memo processing
Configure and implement SAP Logistics Execution (LE) processes and manage related master data uploads.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams for issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvements.
Participate in change request implementations and regression testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP SD as a Business Analyst / Support Consultant.
Strong understanding of SAP SD module and OTC business processes.
Proficiency in configuring sales documents, pricing elements, and billing processes.
Hands-on experience with SAP LE and data migration/master data upload tools.
Experience working in support/AMS projects with the flexibility to handle on-call weekend support.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team across different time zones.
