CX Experience - Mandatory - Minimum 3+ years in SAP with immediate 2 years in SAP C4C Sales mandatorily and prior exposure to ECC OTC - Mandatory - At least one C4C E2E Service Implementation with ECC Integration and 2 C4C Support project –
Mandatory - Have C4C - ECC integration experience using SD/ MM / Finance - Experienced on C4C Sales (mandatory), C4C – ECC Integration (mandatory)
Required Skills • Mandatory to have good experience in C4C Sales configurations and working including – Account & Contact Management, Product Management, Campaign, Territory Management, Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Quote and Order Management, Activity Management, Pricing, Credit, and other Sales process with SAP ECC Integration
• Mandatory to have demonstrated ability for process integrations between C4C Sales and ECC, with excellent troubleshooting skills
• Should have hands-on experience with Web Services Messages, CPI interfacing, Idoc monitoring & troubleshooting
• Should have good knowledge on configurations related to master data viz. Account & Contact Management, Products – Material Master, Account Hierarchy, Employees and Pricing
• Well versed with configurations related to transactional data viz. from Campaign to Sales Order, Activities – Email, Phone Call, Task and Messaging, • Good to have exposure to CPQ and its integration with C4C Sales
• Good to have exposure to integration between C4C Sales and external Marketing System
• Must have exposure to code-list mapping and ID mapping for integration • Expert on Data Workbench tool of C4C
• Good knowledge on configuring workflow rules, code list restrictions, rule editor, configuring business roles and page layout, creating custom field using KUT, Language Adaptation, creating survey and activity planner
• Well versed with Sales Processes of C4C with ERP based pricing
• Good knowledge on C4C – ECC Integration scenarios and troubleshooting integration issues.
• Must have Outlook Integration experience
• Ability to understand ODATA usage in non-standard integration • Excellent Communication Skills in English
• Ability to function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated teamwork skill
