SAP C4C Consultant(RARR Job 1154)

As an SAP C4C (Customer Experience) Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) environment. Your expertise will revolve around UI Designing, Extensibility, Embedded Components, and various scripting languages like BODL, ABSL, and Ruby. Your role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Designing user interfaces, extending standard screens, and defining elements using BODL.
• Developing ABSL logic for scripting files and Ruby code for front-end UI design.
• Creating Embedded Components to enhance standard screens.
• Incorporating Key User Tools (KUT) and SDK/PDI Extension fields to standard screens and extending them to OData and services.
• Establishing static/dynamic code lists and Object Value Selectors (OVS) for code list restrictions.
• Integrating SDK fields into Standard ODATA APIs and developing custom OData solutions to meet business requirements.
• Designing and implementing workflow rules and utilizing data workbench for updating master and transactional data.
• Integrating external systems into SAP C4C using various methods including web services.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs, gathering requirements, and preparing Technical Specification Documents.
• Deploying solutions from development to production systems and managing patch solutions.
• Developing Mashups based on business requirements.
• Creating custom business objects and defining elements based on design specifications.
• Integrating Non-SAP systems into SAP C4C ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP C4C SDK and PDI.
• Proficiency in UI designing, extensibility, and embedded components.
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as BODL, ABSL, and Ruby.
• Experience in actions, events, web service creation, and consuming external web services.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, OData services, event notification, and file input.
• Ability to debug, trace, and manage lifecycle/transport of solutions.
• Expertise in business analytics, business configuration, and data workbench.
• Experience with end-to-end project implementation is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
