Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of industry experience in Windchill PLM Functional Support.
Strong understanding of Engineering R&D processes and New Product Development.
Expertise in Installation, Configuration, Workflow Management, Product Support, and Integration Support.
Knowledge of Parts Management, Product Structure Management, Configuration Management, Engineering Change Management, and Option & Variant Management.
Good understanding of Middleware and Windchill integration with enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, and MES.
Experience with CAD systems and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products such as SolidWorks, CREO, AutoCAD, and their integration with Windchill.
Strong customer relationship skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to quality customer service.
Hands-on experience in Windchill Technical Support with familiarity in ITSM concepts.
