Job Description

Person should be having experience in WSO2
Project & Delivery Management:
Plan, execute, and deliver projects while ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.
Define and track project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate between development, QA, and business teams to maintain smooth workflow.
Drive Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methodologies as per project requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients/customers, ensuring expectations are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and leadership.
Maintain transparent communication on project status, risks, and dependencies.
Team Leadership & People Management:
Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and analysts to ensure high performance.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and support career growth.
Process Improvement & Quality Assurance:
Continuously assess and improve delivery processes, adopting best practices and automation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
Implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track project health and team productivity.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks proactively.
Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
