12+ years of experience with 2+ years as a Test Manager

Should be able to manage the team

Must have Core Banking experience

Must have knowledge of Banking CRM, SVS, FI API, FSA, CASA, Liability, Loan, Payments, Inventory, or Trade Finance

Experience with Finacle Custom Menu Testing, User Management, Upload, Testing of EOD, BOD, EOM, EOY

In-depth understanding of Software Testing Standards

Proficient in creating test scenarios and test cases based on BRD documents

Proficient in executing test cases and ensuring outcomes align with business requirements

Document test evidence

Record defects and ensure timely resolution discussions and delivery

Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

Basic knowledge of writing/running SQL queries

Good understanding of API testing using both SOAP and REST standards

Strong verbal and written communication skills along with strong logical thinking

Automation experience with managing projects for at least 2 years
