We are looking for hands-on Technical Architect.
Primary Technical Skills: Java 11/17, Quarkus, Hibernate ORM, R2J, PostgreSQL or any RDBMS DBMS, Microservices, Cloud natives development, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka/Rabbit MQ, OAuth2/OIDC stack. Jenkins or Gitlab CI, Maven, CI/CD, SonarQube, Nexus, AWS/GCP, Swagger, OAS3.
Candidate should have exp in maximum 12years not more than that.

Secondary Technical Skills: Redis, No-SQL (any Document DB), Hashicorp, KeyCloak or Oracle, Reactive programming/VertX.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead one or more POD teams as technical architect. Participates in feature analysis, technical design, development of critical components & frameworks, ensures the team improves code quality by reviewing critical components, setting up coding standards, CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor Junior developers & developers in the team on writing clean codes, TDD, resolves technical blockers for team and ensures sprint commitments are met.
Participates in feature breakdown and effort estimation.
Focus on ensuring technical debt in the product is reduced and high product quality is maintained across sprints.
Work with external teams like Infrastructure, Infra, Security, Testing & Releases - implementing or introducing technical dependencies, packaging & releases.

Preferred background and qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science/engineering or similar education.
Solid experience in developing enterprise software applications including above-tech stack. Excellent understanding of Microservices architectures, cloud natives concepts, DDD, SOLID, Reactive programming, and design patterns.
At least 2-3 years of experience as Technical Architect in an agile environment. Good understanding of "Agile ways of working," experience of working in JIRA environment (specifically Confluence).

Preferred personal qualities

Proactive, self-starter. Willing to learn new technology. Develops rapid prototypes of PoCs/PWDs and provides value to the team.
Experience in mentoring, training, and guiding others in their career tracks.
