Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Talent Acquisition Lead to manage and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of IT roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical hiring and a proven ability to lead recruitment strategies, mentor junior recruiters, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver top talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level IT roles across various technologies and domains.

• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.

• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and direct sourcing to build strong talent pipelines.

• Conduct detailed candidate screenings, evaluate skills and experience, and guide them through the hiring process.

• Lead and mentor junior recruiters or recruitment coordinators.

• Manage and improve recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing mix.

• Track recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and share insights to enhance hiring strategies.

• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

• Stay up-to-date with current trends in tech hiring, tools, and employer branding best practices.
