We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Talent Acquisition Lead to manage and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of IT roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical hiring and a proven ability to lead recruitment strategies, mentor junior recruiters, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver top talent in a competitive market.
Own and lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level IT roles across various technologies and domains.
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.
Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and direct sourcing to build strong talent pipelines.
Conduct detailed candidate screenings, evaluate skills and experience, and guide them through the hiring process.
Lead and mentor junior recruiters or recruitment coordinators.
Manage and improve recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing mix.
Track recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and share insights to enhance hiring strategies.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Stay up-to-date with current trends in tech hiring, tools, and employer branding best practices.
