- Troubleshooting with production issues, log analysis,s and resolving them
- Should be able to coordinate with the integration team and resolve integration issues
- Assists with impact and root analysis
- Perform code migration across environments, good Understanding of doing deployments
- Respond and complete service requests and incidents within SLAs
