SAP SuccessFactor Consultant (RARR Job 5067)

Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation, and Succession Planning.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

Conduct end-to-end testing, data migration, and integration with SAP/non-SAP systems.

Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and troubleshooting across all SF modules.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Keep up-to-date with SF release updates and implement relevant features.

Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing skills required.

SAP SF Certification across one or more modules is preferred.
