SAP SD OTC(RARR Job 5023)

• SAP Order to Cash (OTC) functional consultant with expertise in Available to Promise (ATP)

• Configures and supports SAP's SD module for managing the sales order lifecycle, including order creation, credit management, pricing, and inventory allocation using ATP

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the Order to Cash (OTC) processes within SAP S/4HANA
• Collaborate with customer service teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP solutions
• Support data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance during the transition of customer master data to SAP
• Conduct system testing, post implementation support to validate configurations and enhancements
• Provide guidance to end users on OTC processes and functionalities
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials
• Designing effective and efficient solutions for clients based on strong business process knowledge and expertise in the SAP OTC functional area

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of SAP OTC and CRM experience in Life Science industry
• Ability to identify emerging trends and technologies in OTC and incorporate them into SAP S/4HANA OTC solutions
• Track record of successfully influencing clients' OTC transformation journeys and driving business value through SAP implementations
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast paced environment
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications is a plus
