SAP PPQM Consultant(RARR Job 5045)

We are looking for an experienced SAP PPQM (Production Planning & Quality Management) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in SAP PP and QM modules with end-to-end implementation and support experience, particularly in manufacturing or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Configure production planning processes: MRP, BOM, routing, work centers, production orders, etc.

• Configure quality processes: inspection lot processing, results recording, usage decisions, notifications, and quality certificates.

• Integrate SAP PPQM with other SAP modules like MM, SD, WM, and PM.

• Provide support for day-to-day PPQM operations and resolve production issues.

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.

• Create documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP PP and SAP QM.

• Hands-on configuration and support experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

• Strong knowledge of Production Planning (Discrete & Process manufacturing).

• Deep understanding of QM processes including inspection plans, sampling procedures, and quality notifications.

• Familiarity with PP/QM master data: material master, work centers, inspection characteristics.

• Experience in handling interface-related issues and integration with MES or third-party tools (preferred).
