SAP CRM Consultant(RARR Job 5199)

We’re looking for an experienced SAP CRM Service Functional Consultant to deliver and support CRM Service processes, including service orders, contracts, SLAs, and integrations with ECC and middleware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP CRM Service modules.
• Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Integrate CRM with ECC and third-party systems.
• Support testing, documentation, and user training.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in SAP CRM, with strong focus on Service module.
• Knowledge of service transactions, warranties, and SLA.
• Experience with CRM-ECC integration and middleware.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
