Working on development queue to reduce support backlog and improve the support solution share.
Responsible for planning and coordinating all activities required to perform, monitor, and report on the process.
Record and classify received incidents and undertake immediate effort to restore them.
Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis of all incidents and service requests.
Escalate major incidents to Incident or Problem Manager.
Own all incidents and service requests throughout the lifecycle.
Technical requirements knowledge of SAP Commerce is required.
Experienced in Hybris, web development, and other web technologies including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, JSON, SQL, etc.
Customer-facing support experience or proven ability to communicate and break down technical ideas to business stakeholders and technical users.
Understanding of mobile platform development (iOS and Android) is an advantage.
General understanding of programming languages, APIs, and database technologies.
Broad understanding of enterprise web architectures.
Critical and creative thinking.
Passion for fast-paced problem-solving.
Experience with website debugging tools such as Charles, Fiddler, Wireshark, Firebug, etc. preferred.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Kibana is helpful.
Experience with SaaS is preferred.
