Java Angular FullStack Lead(RARR Job 5205)

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Developer with 10–12 years of hands-on experience in software development. This role requires a dynamic professional who can handle both development and operational responsibilities, with flexibility to be allocated based on project needs, primarily where developer skills are in higher demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in full software development lifecycle activities including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

• Manage and maintain development and operational tasks efficiently.

• Ensure code quality, security, and best practices are followed.

• Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions for production issues.
