Understanding of Security in Oracle HCM
Strong domain knowledge of Core HR Functionality
High level understanding of all modules like Recruiting, Talent Management, T&A, Comp, Skills, Learning
Understanding of OCI - for provisioning environments, upgrade coherence, security
Knowledge of OTBI and BIP Reports
Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud - to help with best practices
Knowledge of Fusion Data Intelligence - to help with best practices
Understanding of working with Oracle, on driving creation of SRs
Ability to define standards for Process, Data, and Security from the HR Domain
Ability to drive architecture and reduce the application and Integration footprint by consolidation

Technical Functional skills in Oracle HCM for respective modules (Core HR, Recruitment, Security, Integrations, Reporting, Analytics etc)

• Create BIP/ OTBI/ FDI reports in Oracle HCM
• Lead the following activities on behalf of Honeywell
o Functional review and verification of modules and HCM project deliverables
o In scope: Review of functional design, functional testing, functional configuration review, integration testing, reports validation, data conversion validation
• Testing Experience to perform
o Test management Support on behalf of Honeywell
o Preparing test cases based on Business scenarios provided by Honeywell
o Executing test cases in DEV and SIT
o Documenting test results
o Reporting test results
• Data Conversion
o Perform data validation
o Good understanding of various HDL Loaders and data conversion
• Integrations Experience to perform (Core HR, Recruitment, Security, Integrations, Reporting, Analytics etc)
o Worked on the interface Impact Analysis
o Coordination with downstream system owners for integration testing and impact analysis
o End-to-End Integration testing
o Has the bility to drive technical design sessions for integrations
• Provide support in training on all HCM modules
