Fusion HCM Architect(RARR Job 4684)

We are seeking a proactive Oracle Cloud HCM Technical/Functional and Architectural Lead to join our team This role is pivotal in defining and aligning the technical and architectural vision for our program and project solutions collaborating closely with other solution and system architects.
This role requires a unique combination skillset for understanding business needs business processes and sharp technical acuity for ensuring the application supports current needs and is enhanced to meet future needs. This role will support leadership teams in strategy development and execution by providing subject matter business technical expertise in Core HR  Absence Management Compensation with inbound and outbound integration

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key thought leader contributor and proactive collaborator to define and align the technical and architectural vision for the program solution with other solution and system architects
• Participate in determining the system subsystems and interfaces validate technology assumptions and evaluate alternatives
• Align the customers shortlongterm roadmap and features with Oracles new release cycles including regression testing for patches business enhancements and production breakfix solutions
• Identify enabler capabilities and features and remove architectural gaps and impediments
• Identify and lead change management processes leveraging technical knowledge reports extracts integrations extensions and configurations of Agile principles with a strong motivation to streamline customer business processes
