Node Fullstack Developer(RARR Job 4915)

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development: Build and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient web applications using React, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• User Interface: Design and implement intuitive user interfaces with a focus on performance, usability, and aesthetics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to create seamless and cohesive solutions.
• Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code while following best practices in coding standards and version control.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices and design patterns.
• Optimization: Continuously improve the performance and scalability of frontend applications, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experiences.
• Bug Fixing & Debugging: Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks across the web application.
• Research & Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and best practices to keep our products competitive and innovative.

Mandatory Skills:

• React.js: Strong expertise in building dynamic and responsive UIs using React, including hooks, context API, and functional components.
• Node.js: Proficiency in building scalable, high-performance server-side applications using Node.js.
• JavaScript: Extensive knowledge of JavaScript ES6+ syntax, asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await), and DOM manipulation.
• HTML/CSS: Strong understanding of modern web standards, HTML5, and CSS3, along with CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS.
• Version Control: Experience with Git and collaborative workflows such as GitFlow.
• Responsive Design: Understanding of mobile-first design and cross-browser compatibility.
• RESTful APIs: Experience consuming and integrating with RESTful APIs and working with JSON.
• Unit Testing: Proficiency in writing unit tests using testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or similar.
