Business Analyst (Customer Insight)(RARR Job 4913)

We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Data Analyst. Candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and interpreting medium to large datasets to help improve our services, customer experience, and operational efficiency. As a Data Analyst, you will work with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that directly impact the business growth, customer satisfaction, complaint analytics and overall decision-making processes.

Responsibility:

• Data Collection and Management:
  • Gather, clean, and maintain structured and unstructured data from multiple sources (network systems, CRM, customer databases, Customer Tickets etc.).
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of data through regular validation.
  • Manage large-scale datasets and build reports with meaningful insights.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Perform detailed analysis of data related to customer usage patterns, service performance, churn, customer complaints etc
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as customer retention, network usage, service uptime, and SLA etc
  • Create an overall view & analysis of all customer impacting data : Collate, Analyse, Understand patterns & derive variations.
  • Connect with CFT Team to identify reasons, improvement action plan & closure
  • Measure improvement from action plans implemented
• Forecasting and Trend Analysis: Use historical data to forecast future trends

Skills:- 

• 3-4 yrs. of experience in data analytics preferably in Telecommunications or related industry
• Excellent Advanced Excel/Access ,SQL Skills Required
• Knowledge of Power BI is preferable.

• Organisation: Prioritisation and organisation skills; Ability to identify and understand business issues and understand the impact on the business of proposed solutions
• Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint)
• Adaptability and flexibility to changes
• Ability to present new ideas and garner support
