Blueprism RPA Developer(RARR Job 4675)

• Develop and Deploy Bots: Create, test, and deploy bots using Automation 360 to automate business processes.
• Intelligent Document Processing: Utilize IQ Bot to automate data extraction from semi-structured and unstructured documents.
• Bot Maintenance: Monitor and maintain deployed bots to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation for developed bots and processes.

Required Skills:

• Automation Anywhere A360: Proficiency in developing bots using Automation Anywhere’s A360 platform.
• IQ Bot: Experience with IQ Bot for intelligent document processing.
• Programming Languages: Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or VBScript.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Automation Anywhere certifications, especially in A360 and IQ Bot.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in RPA development and intelligent document processing.

Preparation of BRD(Business Requirement Document)

• Work with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and requirements.
• Develop and maintain business requirements documents
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.

Preparation of FRD(Functional Requirement Document)

• Produce clear definition of project scope and objectives
• Producing FRD as basis for design and development
• Recommend solutions to improve business processes, systems, and products.
• Work with developers to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.

Preparation of visual representation of “As is” and “To be” process

• Understand the current state of the process
• Identify processes and activities
• Capture inputs and outputs
• Document roles and responsibilities
• Use standard notation or symbols
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and SMEs
