ADF Lead Developer (RARR Job 4253)

The Azure Cloud Developer - Level 3, will work under minimal supervision to develop a robust cloud application and document the design and of the application and work closely both with the business users and IT team in designing and building a robust Loan Data Repository. The person shall also work very closely with the other IT teams within the project and without, to meet the WBG internal standards and guidelines for the said application.

The ideal candidate will have good understanding of Azure cloud and reporting for application hosted on Azure cloud, using ADF and Azure SQL.

• Experience working with Azure Services like Azure Data Factory, Logic App, Functions, Azure SQL DB, Blob Storage, Azure DevOps
• Experience working with other Azure Services like Azure Database Migration Service, ADLS Gen2, Synapse Analytics is an added advantage.
• Experience creating Azure Data Factory pipelines leveraging Data Movement activities, Data Transformation activities like Data Flow, Stored Procedure, Custom Activity, Azure Functions etc. and Control Flow Activities like web activity, lookup activity etc.
• Implementing Azure authentication and securing data on the cloud
• Good knowledge of Agile, DevOps delivery methodologies.

• Interact with the Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise Platform teams to ensure that solutions are built in adherence with the defined enterprise standards in collaboration with the IT team.
