Project Data Manager(RARR Job 5214)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of data, especially in retail banking, is essential

• FPM should have Data Assets Analytics with engineering background having worked on Azure cloud and familiar with Python

• Strong knowledge of financial institutions, particularly large MNCs and retail business environments

• Extensive project management experience, with a track record of managing large, complex, global change projects (minimum 8–10 years in a PM role)

• Strong stakeholder management skills – from executive committee (ExCo) level to analysts – with impactful communication

• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, achieving business outcomes with meticulous attention to detail and a solution-driven mindset

• Hands-on experience applying Agile methodologies in project and product development

• Familiarity with HSBC standards and processes is preferred

• Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe) are a plus

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Successful track record in global matrix organizations

• Proficient in spoken and written English
