PingOne & ForgeRock IAM Solution Lead(RARR Job 5210)

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IAM Solution Lead with strong hands-on expertise in both ForgeRock Identity Platform and PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud. This role involves architecting, implementing, integrating, and managing robust and scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions using PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud and ForgeRock Identity Cloud.

• Integrate PingOne and ForgeRock with existing applications and infrastructure.

• Lead and manage IAM operations teams, including L3/L4 support roles.

• Architect highly available ForgeRock environments (AM, IDM, IG, DS).

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and IAM architectures.

• Drive innovation in IAM practices, including automation, DevOps, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for solution delivery and support.

• Mentor and guide team members in IAM best practices and standards.

Mandatory Skills:

• ForgeRock Identity Cloud and ForgeRock Identity Platform (AM, IDM, IG, DS)

• PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud

• Deep knowledge of IAM protocols: OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, Kerberos

• Strong experience in IAM product integration: Okta, PingFederate, Entra ID, ISAM, NETIQ, SiteMinder, OAM

• Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, Groovy scripting, REST APIs, and LDAP

• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and system automation

• Understanding of Web technologies: React, Angular, TypeScript, CSS frameworks

• Experience with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) for IAM environments

• Strong troubleshooting, escalation handling, and support ownership

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in ForgeRock IAM suite

• 5+ years of design and implementation using ForgeRock Cloud

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
