Privileged Access Management Architect
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience, in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Must have completed implementation work on at least 10 PAM projects
Work Experience Required (In Years)
Min /Max/Domain or Industry Specific: Minimum 4.5-6 years

Must have completed implementation work on at least 10 PAM projects

Skills -Technical CyberArk Privileged Access Management or any other PAM solution
Non – Technical Skills Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills
Technical Competencies:
CyberArk Privileged Access Management. End to End Design and Implementation of CyberArk for at least 1 project. Scripting under various modules.
Actively worked on 5 PAM projects.

Primary Responsibilities / Deliverables:
• CyberArk PAM, PAM implementation / Operations
• Experience of administration and troubleshooting of CyberArk products including Vault, PVWA, PSM, PTA, PSMP and AIM
• Migration and Transition projects on CyberArk
• Design and Setting up of High Available PAM solution
• Implement Break Glass Feature
• Expert in Password Vaulting policies
• Expert in setting up Privilege escalation
• Setup Just in Time access policies
• Help with the Risk Scoring, Whitelisting , Blacklisting, Greylisting
• Configure the PAM solution for all Windows, Linux and Unix environments.
• Shell Scripting

Other Responsibilities / Deliverables:
• Good customer communication skills, work with Lead/Architect resources on daily jobs. Should be good with ITIL process for customer support work, manage the customer communication, work on assigned tickets, weekly task reports to lead, regular compliance reporting work to lead, Report generation of different requirements shared by customer.
• Lead resource, escalation management with customer, RCA management, on-call support your customer out of office hours, should be working in 16x5 shift on rotation basis
