Oracle TMS (OTM) Cloud Consultant (RARR Job 5272)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle TMS applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Manage and support the configuration and maintenance of Oracle TMS environments
• Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions
• Perform system monitoring, maintenance, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance
• Develop and maintain documentation for application support processes and procedures
• Assist in the implementation of new modules and upgrades to the Oracle TMS system
• Conduct user training sessions and create training materials as needed
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of Oracle TMS with other systems
• Participate in on-call support rotation to address critical issues outside of regular business hours
