Oracle TMS (OTM) Cloud Consultant (RARR Job 5272)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daytoday support for Oracle TMS applications including troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Manage and support the configuration and maintenance of Oracle TMS environments
• Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions
• Perform system monitoring maintenance and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance
• Develop and maintain documentation for application support processes and procedures
• Assist in the implementation of new modules and upgrades to the Oracle TMS system
• Conduct user training sessions and create training materials as needed
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of Oracle TMS with other systems
• Participate in oncall support rotation to address critical issues outside of regular business hours

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in supporting Oracle TMS applications
• Strong understanding of Oracle TMS components and architecture
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
• Experience with SQL and other related technologies
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle TMS implementation and configuration
• Familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes
• Certification in Oracle TMS or related technologies
