Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant(RARR Job 5259)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules and will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing SCM processes in Oracle Fusion Applications. This role requires hands-on experience in end-to-end SCM business processes and integration with other Oracle Cloud modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in full-cycle implementation projects of Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Logistics.

• Gather and analyze business requirements, design SCM solutions, and translate business needs into functional design documents.

• Configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules as per business requirements.

• Support integration with other Oracle Cloud modules such as Financials (Oracle Fusion Financials), HCM, and Projects.

• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting of SCM processes.

• Develop and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.

• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues related to customization, interfaces, and reports.

• Participate in testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Conduct training sessions for end-users and create knowledge transfer materials.

• Stay updated with Oracle Fusion SCM releases and enhancements and suggest process improvements.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM consulting, including implementation and support.

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules:

  • Procurement (Supplier Management, Sourcing, Purchasing)

  • Inventory Management

  • Order Management

  • Manufacturing

  • Logistics and Supply Chain Execution

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM setup and configuration.

• Understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and integration capabilities.

• Exposure to Oracle Fusion SCM Reporting and BI tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
