Senior Neo4j Developer(RARR Job 5235)

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect cum Senior Developer with strong expertise in Neo4j and Graph Database technologies to lead the design, development, and implementation of graph-based solutions in the telecom domain. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge of telecom systems and apply graph database modeling to solve complex data challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain graph database models tailored to telecom service provider operations using Neo4j.

• Create, optimize, and manage Cypher queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.

• Develop ETL pipelines to load, cleanse, and transform data into graph structures.

• Integrate Neo4j with enterprise applications using Java, Python, or JavaScript.

• Ensure data consistency, query performance, and database security within the graph ecosystem.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.

• Document architecture, designs, and best practices for implementation and scaling.

• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and promote graph database best practices.

• Support stakeholder communications and present technical solutions clearly.

echnical Skills & Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with Neo4j and Cypher.

• Proficiency in programming with Java, Python, or JavaScript.

• Strong knowledge of graph theory, data modeling, and data relationship mapping.

• Experience with Spring Data Neo4j, Neo4j Bolt Driver, or similar frameworks.

• Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration, and performance tuning.

• Background in network analysis, recommendation systems, or knowledge graphs.

• Understanding of database security practices and optimization techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving data issues.

• Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of overall experience in database/backend development.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecom sector, especially within OSS/BSS systems.

• Experience in integrating graph DB with large-scale telecom network inventory or operational systems.
