Java Full Stack Developer(RARR Job 5244)

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead FullStack Developer with expertise in Java Spring Boot Angular and SQL Server to join our team in building serviceability solutions for a largescale healthcare platform You will play a key role in interpreting and implementing provided architectural designs both highlevel and lowlevel to develop robust scalable and maintainable solutions that enhance the supportability diagnostics and operational visibility of healthcare services

This role is ideal for a technically strong developer who can lead implementation collaborate crossfunctionally and ensure alignment with provided architectural blueprints

Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret highlevel and lowlevel architecture and design specifications provided by the architecture team

1. Implement fullstack solutions aligned with approved designs using Java Spring Boot Angular and SQL Server
2. Drive serviceabilityfocused development including diagnostics telemetry logging and issue traceability
3. Collaborate with architects product managers QA and DevOps teams to deliver endtoend solutions
4. Write efficient secure and maintainable code following industry and healthcarespecific best practices
5. Design and develop SQL Server schemas queries stored procedures and tuning strategies for optimal performance
6. Guide junior developers by providing technical mentorship and conducting code reviews
7. Participate in agile ceremonies and provide accurate estimations progress tracking and risk identification
8. Support integration testing production deployments and incident resolution

Required Qualifications

1. 8 years of fullstack development experience with at least 2 years in a lead or senior developer role
2. Strong command of Java Spring Boot Angular and SQL Server
3. Proven ability to interpret and implement complex design documents and architectural specifications
4. Experience in building enterprisegrade serviceoriented applications with a focus on performance and maintainability
5. Familiarity with observability tools and frameworks for logs metrics and distributed tracing
6. Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently on implementation tasks
7. Exposure to agile development and DevOps pipelines Git Jenkins Azure DevOps etc
8. Familiarity with AWS cloud platforms containerization Docker and orchestration ECS Kubernetes
