Hybris Developer(RARR Job 2414)

JD:

• Must have experience 5+ years of experience of working as SAP Hybris developer
• Must have experience of creating SAP hybris extensions and add-ons, and extending or modifying according to the business needs
• Must have experience in developing new extensions on SAP Hybris platform to support different e-commerce functionalities, product creations
• Should be able to design and develop application using Java Enterprise and SAP Hybris and ensure compliance with application development standards
• Should be able to configure, design, build, and test the application or technology architecture components and classes
• Should collaborate with other developers, designers, and architects to make sure that the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals
• Should contribute to ensuring high quality of code by performing unit testing and following best practices
• Should be able to document the code during development to ensure maintainability
• Must be able to fix any defects and performance problems discovered during testing
• Must provide regular status of each assigned tasks and escalate issues as necessary
• Should provide extreme attention to detail, data accuracy quality of output and a strong ability to multi-task
• Must have superior analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Work as one member of the scrum team, closely with product owners, colleagues, and support teams to hands-on coding, design, test and architecture to deliver best solutions to our customers

• Works on Infrastructure planning and implementation

• Primary Objective is to complete the ecommerce showcase site based on GDM. The showcase site on Hybris is intended to be a demo platform for all businesses across Honeywell to get a feel of ecommerce capabilities and customer journey

• Works with Support Team Lead and architects in creating technical design documents and have them be published in Confluence

• Delivers advanced-level code development, testing, debugging and documentation

• Ensures software developed adheres to best practices and quality standards through code and design reviews

• Interfaces with project managers and other team members to ensure proper adherence to established guidelines and to conduct project risk identification and mitigation planning

• Interfaces with configuration management team to make sure build and deployment is automated and optimized

• Interfaces with Operations team in triaging and prioritizing incidents

• Supporting UAT

• Liaison with business leaders and SME's to understand requirements, delve on solutions and deliver optimized user experience.
