Duckcreek Scrum Master(RARR Job 5207)

• We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Duckcreek Insurance project team

• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilitating and guiding Agile Scrum processes within an organization

• This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company

• Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices

• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high quality products

• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth project execution

• Work closely with the product owner and development team to plan and execute sprints

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and values

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or similar position

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams

• Proven experience in managing complex projects and delivering high quality solutions
